This year the Italian bodybuilder studio Zagato celebrates the 95th anniversary of its activity. Established in 1919 by Ugo Zagato, the company has earned the reputation of the manufacturer of the original models, with its distinctive and recognizable style.
In recent years, the company has implemented a number of interesting projects. For example, most recently at the prestigious automotive beauty at Pebble Beach debut supercar Lamborghini 5-95 Zagato.
New brainchild of the company – sport wagon Aston Martin Virage Shooting Brake Zagato. New car is made in a single copy for wealthy European customer, who wished to have in his collection a true work of automotive art. According to the designers studio exclusive Aston Martin Virage Shooting Brake Zagato is a modern interpretation of classic shapes such well-known brand models as Vantage V8 Volante and 80s of the last century. In his appearance embodies the characteristics of sports car Zagato and Aston Martin. Under the hood lurks a stylish 6.0-liter Aston Martin V12 engine with capacity of over 500 hp.

Interestingly, in the framework of the competition Chantilly Arts & Elegance Richard Mille Concours d’Elegance at once two cars with bodies Zagato won prestigious awards. The first victory went to the Aston Martin DB4 Zagato (1962).
