American tuning studio Lingenfelter, specializing mainly in the American remakes of the “muscular” cars such as Chevrolet LS7 Camaro L28, decided to do the tuning upgrade for another popular model Chevrolet Corvette ZR1. This coupe “from the factory” is equipped with a 6.2-liter eight-cylinder engine with a turbocharger, which develops the already impressive 647 horsepower. The torque is also impressive, making around 818 Nm. However, the experts decided to thoroughly tune Lingenfelter-powered Corvette ZR1, that it would be able to give even more “horses.”

Therefore now the engine continues to be paired with a six-speed manual transmission. «Standard» Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 accelerated from 0 to 100 km / h in 3.4 seconds and had a maximum speed of 330 km / h. Unfortunately it is not yet known whether these figures have improved after the tuning, however all in all, the car got additional 100 horses for its disposition! Though we think that with such a trend the acceleration to hindered now will take not more than 3.0 seconds. Tuning also included new looks for the Chevrolet, now it became more aggressive and stylish!
